What is your delivery fee?

We charge P100 delivery fee for all orders in Metro Manila for retail products only. We also offer Cash on Delivery within Metro Manila with additional handling fee of P50 (total of P150). Delivery for subscription plans of Starter Kits and Pods are free of charge.


When will my orders be delivered?

In Metro Manila, we deliver same day for orders placed before 12nn from Mondays to Saturdays. Orders placed beyond 12nn on Saturday until Sunday will be delivered on Monday.


Do you deliver outside Metro Manilla?

Yes we deliver outside Metro Manila. We have a standard delivery fee natiowide for P150. However, delivery schedule varies per group: Luzon 4-5 days, VisMin. 6-7 days, Islands 8-9 days. Mondays-Saturdays only.


Can I change my delivery address?

Our customer support team will guide you on how to change your registered delivery address on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or via email at relxclub@service-edgeinc.com.


Can I change the number of pods?

Sorry but you cannot. Orders are immediately prepared once received to comply with our commitment to deliver on the same day. Member can always add another order or choose a different flavor on the next order.


Can I change the flavors of pods after placing an order?

Sorry but you cannot. Orders are immediately prepared once received to comply with our commitment to deliver on the same day. Member can always add another order or choose a different flavor on the next order.


Do you have a return policy?

Yes we have a return policy. Our customer support team will guide you on how to process the return on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or via email at relxclub@service-edgeinc.com.


Are you available 24/7?

We are operating from Monday to Saturday.


What if I order beyond the operating hours?

We will start processing your orders as soon as we resume operations the next working day.


What payment method do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, credit cards, debit cards and Gcash. We will add more payment methods in the near future.


What happens if I experience errors while ordering or paying online?

Check your inbox if you receive a confirmation letter. If so, the order is placed successfully. Otherwise, send an email to relxclub@service-edgeinc.com to check on the status of your order.


What if I, or my representative, fail to receive my order/s?

In the event that nobody is able to receive the item/s, additional P100 will be charged for prepaid transactions and P150 for COD transactions as re-delivery charges.


Can I receive my order to pick up points?

Delivery for subscription plans of Starter Kits and Pods are free of charge, nationwide.


Can you ship outside the Philippines?

We are working on it.


Why do you require government-issued ID?

RELX Club carefully evaluates and validates prospective members to guarantee that candidates are of legal age. We further guarantee that your privacy is our outmost concern and that your personal information will not be used and exploited in any forms.

What membership packages do you offer?

Members can subscribe to our Starter Plans or our Pod-only Plans.


What is your delivery fee?

Delivery for subscription plans of Starter Kits and Pods are free of charge, nationwide.


When will I receive my order?

We deliver same day for orders placed before 12nn from Mondays to Saturdays within Metro Manilla. Orders placed beyond 12nn on Saturday until Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Recurring orders will be delivered on the same calendar date of your 1st delivery.


Do you deliver outside Metro Manilla?

Yes we deliver outside Metro Manila. Delivery schedule varies per group: Luzon 4-5 days, VisMin. 6-7 days, Islands 8-9 days. Mondays-Saturdays only.


What if I, or my representative, fail to receive my order/s?

In the event that nobody is able to receive the item/s, next delivery will still be free. However, 2nd failed delivery will result to additonal charging of P100 within Metro Manila. For outside Metro Manila, delivery charges depend on our 3rd party logistics partners fees.


Can I change my pod flavors for the next delivery?

Yes! However, you must make the request to change the flavours seven (7) days before scheduled delivery date, otherwise, we will deliver the same flavor as the previous month.


Can I place an order on behalf of other member/s?

Members can only order using their own account.


Can I add pods on top of my membership?

Yes, but it will be at regular retail price, but delivery is still on us! (batched with regular delivery schedule).


Can I cancel my membership?

Yes you may cancel your subscription. However, the refund amount will be net of cost savings for the products already delivered.


Can I have my subscription delivered in advance?

Unfortunately, the subscription service is only available for monthly delivery based on the date of your first delivery.
