RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS 

Only unused or unopened products with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Wear and tear on packaging such as boxes, seals, and the like are not accepted.

Product returns due to manufacturer defects such as pod leaks, and device malfunction will be subject to evaluation and approval prior to replacement. The cost of returning defective products to us, and delivery of replacement products are to be shouldered by you.Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the original packaging, together with all accessories such as the USB charging cable. Product returns without the original packaging, and accessories will not be approved for replacement.

Sale items and promo items are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos of the damage or defect, and a short description of the issue.



REFUNDS (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days subject to the internal policies of third-parties such as our payment gateway provider, or your financial institution.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
